Our training program:
All our new team members start out in our training program. Our training program is designed to help refine your skills and learn what it takes to be a successful team member at Charisma. We begin with an evaluation of your skills by our trained teaching staff, and then our leadership team will work with you to develop a customized education plan. The length of the program depends on the amount of training needed, your experience, and your skill level.
