The Summer Rush
As if our lives couldn't get any busier, here's summer with all the extra activities, vacations, and kids at loose ends. We know it's hard to find time to do something nice for yourself. That's why we're introducing Beauty on Demand services. These quick and amazing spa services take only 15 minutes, and are easy on the budget. Best of all, you don't have to plan ahead. Sisterhood of the Divine Makover
On June 26th, we were fortunate enough to take part in the Dress for Success Sisterhood of the Divine Makeover for the sixth year in a row! We love being part of this event, a major fundraiser for this incredible organization that promotes the economic independence and job placement of disadvantaged women.
This year the Sisterhood let the guys in on the fun. Stylist Colleen Beason, at our west location, had the pleasure of taking her makeover model Steve Korte from a mullet man to extra handsome guy!
Mother and Sedgwick County Sheriff sergeant, Mary Mattingly, went from frumpy to fabulous, thanks to stylist Jennifer Walker from our east location.

It Does a Body Good
We get facials and take care of the skin on our faces, but beyond a little moisturizer every now and then, most people just don't take the same care for the rest of their skin. Body treatments are a facial for your whole body using massage techniques to leave your skin feeling velvety smooth and soft. It's just as important to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate the skin on your body to keep it as healthy as the skin on your face. Besides, it feels great!
At Charisma we offer a couple of body services. In the Aqua Polish treatment you'll shed your dry skin with a gentle full body exfoliation. The therapeutic benefits of Dead Sea salts and skin conditioning oils combine with a relaxing massage to leave your skin feeling soft and smooth.
The Caribbean Therapy Body Treatment is a rejuvenating and nurturing body treatment using plant ingredients of the Caribbean to renew the body and senses. It includes exfoliation; a warm seaweed back and foot masque to smooth and detoxify; followed by a scalp, face and body massage. Pure relaxation!
